One AI your whole team can see and steer
In most small teams, each person has a private AI chat. The good answers stay in one person's history, and everyone else gets a pasted summary. Togedah puts the team and the AI in the same chat.
What changes
| Each person with a private AI | The team in one Togedah chat | |
|---|---|---|
| A client brief arrives | One person asks their AI, then pastes bits into the team chat. | The brief goes into the chat once; everyone sees the agent read it. |
| Someone spots a mistake | They message the person, who asks their AI again. | They correct the agent directly, with their name on it. |
| The owner goes on leave | The next person starts over. | The lead passes; the next person gets a brief and carries on. |
| "Why did we pick this?" | Nobody remembers. | The decision record says who asked and why. |
An example
A three-person agency gets a brief for a tea brand's launch. Priya starts a chat, adds the brief and asks for a launch plan. The agent searches competitors and drafts the plan as a document. Raj, the designer, asks it to add a social calendar. Priya goes into a client call and passes the lead to Neha, who gets a brief of what's done and what's open, asks for a budget sheet, and sends the pack. Nobody pasted anything to anyone.
What the agent can do
- Search the web and link every fact to its source.
- Write documents, spreadsheets with working formulas, and PDFs, with every version kept.
- Keep a project's notes (what the team agreed) and check its work against them.
- Ask before risky steps, and stop when anyone in charge says stop.
